Filmograph collaborated with A24, 2AM, and directors Max and Sam Eggers to create an unsettling opening sequence to their film about a formerly estranged mother moving into the home of her son and daughter-in-law after the birth of their first child. Claustrophobic collages, mixed media, and torn wallpaper patterns evoke a fraught history between family members, and they foreshadow a clash between out-of-date ideologies and a modern couple simply trying to survive the day.
